These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Your Club Corp, a Florida corporation, doing business as “Stars About Stars” (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of www.starsaboutstars.com (the “Website”) and related services. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms.
The Website provides influencer growth services, including niche identification, consulting, strategy development, filming and editing, PR and press placements, campaign management, and growth across online platforms, social media services etc. While these services support visibility and brand development, the Company does not and cannot guarantee outcomes such as sales, revenue, career success, audience growth, or reputation. Social media algorithms, market conditions, and client conduct are beyond our control. You accept full responsibility for your personal or business outcomes.
All users must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Payments are due at purchase, and unless otherwise stated, all fees are final. Advertising budgets, third-party fees, and outside costs are separate from service fees. Chargebacks are prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms. Intellectual property, templates, and pre-existing materials remain Company property; upon full payment, you receive a limited license to use final deliverables for your brand’s ordinary business purposes.
AI-generated deliverables, including text, images, or videos, may not be unique and are provided without warranty against third-party claims. You are responsible for securing permissions and consents for likenesses or content that you provide.
The services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. The Company disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In no case shall our liability exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, conduct, or breach of these Terms. These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, under JAMS or AAA, with no right to jury trial or class action. Claims must be brought within one (1) year.
We may revise these Terms by posting updates to the Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
