Show Guest Participation & Media Release Agreement

  1. Participation
    The Guest agrees to participate in the STARS ABOUT STARS® podcast show, including but not limited to on-camera interviews, audio recordings, photography, video recordings, and related promotional content (collectively, the “Materials”).

  2. Editorial Review & Approval
    The Guest will be provided an opportunity to review and approve the final edited version of the Materials prior to public release. Approval will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

  3. Rights & Usage
    Upon approval of the final edited version, the Guest grants Iryna Wood full, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual rights to:
    ● Use, publish, reproduce, distribute, edit, promote, and publicly display the Materials;
    ● Share and distribute content across all media platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, streaming platforms, broadcast television, digital channels, press, and promotional campaigns;
    ● Use excerpts, clips, still images, soundbites, likeness, name, voice, and quotes from the Materials for marketing, publicity, branding, and promotional purposes related to the show and Iryna Wood’s professional platforms.

  4. Ownership
    All video, audio, photographic, written, and recorded Materials created in connection with the Guest’s participation shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Iryna Wood.
    The Guest may request to use approved Materials for personal or professional promotion with prior written approval from Iryna Wood. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  5. No Compensation (if applicable)
    Unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance, the Guest understands that participation is voluntary and does not include financial compensation, royalties, or residuals.

  6. General Terms
    This Agreement represents the full understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
